Model Y Maintenance Schedule
Tesla says its cars do not need annual maintenance or regular fluid changes. These are the items Tesla does recommend. Your car's touchscreen shows its own schedule under Controls > Service > Maintenance.
- Rotate tires every 6,250 miles (10,000 km), or when tread depth differs by 2/32 in (1.5 mm) or more, whichever comes first.
- Replace the cabin air filter every 2 years.
- Replace HEPA and carbon filters, if equipped, every 3 years.
- Replace wiper blades every year.
- Brake fluid health check every 4 years (replace if necessary).
- Clean and lubricate brake calipers every year or 12,500 miles if roads in your area are salted in winter.
